Good base to visit the town
Our Stay at the Palace hotel worked really well for our visit to Como. We stayed 4 nights, it was a good base to have the town and lake at easy access. The reception and breakfast team were welcoming and looked after us very well, the double room had a super view of the Dumo, spaceous and kept very clean.

The Palace exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff is amazing and very helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The free breakfasts were outstanding. Would definitely stay at this hotel again when we return to Como!
Recommend the Palace Hotel
I spent two nights at the Place Hotel on Lake Como. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to shops, the waterfront, and restaurants. My room had a gorgeous view of the lake. The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The bathroon was spacious and offered modern amenities. Staff were friendly and responsive. I did not eat at the restarurant as I was attending a conference which provided lunch and dinner but did enjoy an abudnant and well prepared breakfast . All things considered I would definitely recommend the Palace Hotel and will stay again when returning to Lake Como.
Excellent Stay
We had an excellent stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived to when we left we were treated so well by all the Staff. They assisted us with 'tourism info' that you would normally get from the Tourist Office and this they did with much more patience, suggestions and directions than the Ferry or Train Office. Their in-house restaurant was ourstanding. Great food and wine at reasonable prices and excellent service. My wife needed gluten free meals and not only did they do that well, they arranged for appropriate bread to be baked for her! The cleanliness of the housekeeping staff was 10/10. To sum up...do not stay any where else. This hotel and its Staff made our 4 day stay a very memorable occasion. Only one oversight by us was the automatic billing of our accomodation 7 days before we arrived. Whilst this is clear in their booking conditions, it is somewhat different to other hotels. If we venture to Como again we will only book the Palace Hotel. Exceptional and we rate it 11/10. Yes, that is eleven out of ten!

This was my third stay at the Palace Hotel and both the staff and the property were excellent.
The room clean and comfortable and the staff helpful and cheerful.
My wife and I stayed for five nights, ate dinner in the main dining room twice and the food was great.
I look forward to my next visit to Como and to the Palace.
