Our chef Ercole Sandionigi bases his à la carte menu on simplicity, with recipes that focus on fresh and seasonal ingredients: biological and zero-kilometre produce. Every dish perfectly accompanied with the finest wines from our selection, featuring the most prestigious wine labels from our region.

Our restaurant has three main seating rooms:

  • Magna Ballroom, majestic and finely decorated, witness to its prestigious past, is the ideal venue for gala dinners, weddings and receptions
  • Plinius Room, compact and perfect for private meetings and ceremonies
  • Antica Darsena, offering a beautiful view of the lake in a relaxing atmosphere

During the warmer months, the restaurant opens its summer terrace, where guests can enjoy the finest food in the quiet oasis of our lush garden.
